1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pkjk platform and all its related services. By opening an account on pkjk, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use pkjk's services. pkjk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use pkjk's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is intended only for users aged 21 and above.
• You must register using your own accurate and truthful information.
• Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate your account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• pkjk officers, employees, or their immediate family members are required to obtain authorization before using the service.

pkjk may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when registering on pkjk must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. All activity on your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

• It is advised not to use the same password on other sites.
• Always log out after using a shared device or internet café.
• pkjk will never ask for your password by email or message.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Methods

pkjk currently supports transactions via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

4.3 Transaction Policy

The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the transaction being cancelled and funds returned.

pkjk reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is part of pkjk's policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkjk offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• pkjk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses apply only to the games or categories specified in the offer terms.

6. VIP Program & Rewards

pkjk's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

pkjk reserves the right to modify the VIP structure, cashback rates, or tier benefits at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash — they apply only as cashback bonuses subject to applicable terms.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

pkjk is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities, or using bots or automated software.
• Collusion or dishonest arrangements with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using a false identity, forged documents, or stolen payment information.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform's software, data, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassing, racist, or offensive behavior toward other users.

pkjk determines all gaming outcomes through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

8. Responsible Gaming
